Man Who Dragged Dog By His Scooter Is About To Pay The Ultimate Price

59-year-old Mario Cardona of Mission, Texas, has been inactive and charged with animal cruelty once he was caught on camera dragging his dog by the neck behind his motorized scooter.

Torres warns Cardona within the video that she’ll decide the cops on him, however, he replies back with expletives then says “Call ‘em! It’s my dog!”

Torres instantly notified police, the police take Cardona away fifteen hours later.

The DA’s workplace has charged him with 2 categories A misdemeanours associated with “failing to produce care and recklessly transporting or confining the animal by dragging the defenceless dog from his motorized scooter.” He could face one year in jail and a fine up to $4,000 if guilty.

Thankfully, the German Shepherd mix named G2 is in custody of the city’s Animal Control department and is unharmed and doing well.
